Dr. Bean believes that to maintain a "healthy you" we must look at all the ways in which we can support health within the body and from outside the body. Lifestyle, habits, posture, and the food we eat can create or deflect a healthy you on the inside and out. 

Inside

The most efficient way to decrease inflammation and pain is to improve cellular health. Dr Bean will help you create a new lifestyle with habits that support your health at the cellular level. This includes using food as medicine, and plant cannabinoids to support the most important system of the body, the endocannabinoid system.

Out

Structure dictates function. Dr. Bean specializes in non-force spinal corrective care to improve your relationship with gravity, which is the #1 stressor to the human body. Dr. Bean is trained in NUCCA and QSM3, as well as traditional chiropractic care. She is also trained in Nasal Specific Technique to relieve pinned up pressure in the head and sinuses.
